I love your rendered image, the light and the bokeh is very well managed. But I saw a depth of field much higher (personally I'd use an aperture at f/11). What camera lens did you use?

I completely agree Kaz, However there's no way to control aperture - It's a poor mans macro - Using a reverse mounted 18-55 Canon kit lens. There's no electrical connection to the camera. (the lens is literally mounted backwards with a ring adapter)

HelicaseHelio and I were always sitting on the stairs, chatting about the lamina and occasionally making snide remarks about ribosomes. There wasn't much for us to do. Our job was to simply be, and let the RNA scribble down the letters on our foreheads when they came around every once in a while. Helio was a G, I was a C. It wasn't exactly fulfilling, I suppose. There wasn't much to be filled. So to pass the time, we talked.
"You ever wonder?" Helio asked.
